A referral to The Rose Institute
is a referral to precision.

We work with high-functioning professionals, executives, and elite athletes who know something is off but haven't found answers in conventional care. What we offer isn't more talk — it's objective brain data, a personalized protocol, and a clinical standard that matches the caliber of the people you serve.

“Every brain is singular. Every plan is built around yours.”

— Dr. Mary Rose, Founder & Clinical Director

Coordinated Care

We keep you in the loop on your client's evaluation and treatment plan as it develops, not just at the end.

Specialized Expertise

Your clients gain access to a level of clinical depth and technology most primary practices don't have in-house.

What We Do

Three divisions. One institution.

The Rose Institute operates across three distinct clinical divisions. Referrals are accepted for all three, and many clients engage more than one over time.

Division I

Counseling & Education for Counselors

Individual therapy and mental health services delivered by Dr. Mary Rose and by supervised advanced intern clinicians — clinical counseling with institutional rigor.

Counseling · Mental Health
Division II

Precision NeuroWellness

Objective brain mapping paired with individualized neurofeedback and targeted light-based therapy — data-driven, protocol-led, and entirely non-pharmaceutical.

QEEG · Neurofeedback · PBM
Division III

Executive & Elite Performance

Concierge-level brain optimization for C-suite leaders, elite athletes, and high-performance professionals, delivered in-home and on-location with full discretion.

Performance · Concierge
Clinical Technology

What makes this different.

Every NeuroWellness program begins with objective brain data. We don't guess at what the brain needs — we measure it, then build a protocol around the individual's specific patterns.

Our clinical approach integrates brain mapping, individualized neurofeedback, and photobiomodulation therapy under Dr. Rose's proprietary NeuroWellness Protocol. Sessions are available in-clinic, in-home, and on-location nationwide.

Answer a few quick questions about your client to get a sense of whether a QEEG evaluation may be a good starting point.

QEEG Brain Mapping

Understanding your brain.

A QEEG — Quantitative Electroencephalogram — is a medical-grade brain map. It reads the electrical activity across every region of the brain and translates it into a detailed picture Dr. Rose can interpret with clinical precision: not a grade, but an accurate read on where things are running efficiently and where the brain may benefit from targeted support.

It's completely safe, non-invasive, and painless — no needles, no sedation, no radiation. Clients simply sit comfortably in a lightweight sensor cap while the scan does the work.

What It Can Show

Every brain is singular.

The QEEG doesn't compare a client to a generalized standard — it maps their brain specifically, so Dr. Rose can understand what's actually driving the patterns showing up in daily life, work, and performance. Commonly identified patterns include:

  • Focus and attention during cognitively demanding tasks
  • Stress load and anxiety signatures — overactive regions driving tension or hypervigilance
  • Sleep dysregulation patterns affecting falling asleep, staying asleep, or waking rested
  • Emotional regulation — how well calming and activating systems are balanced
  • Processing speed and cognitive efficiency between brain regions
  • Post-concussion or TBI patterns still influencing daily functioning
  • Performance optimization factors affecting peak output and recovery

This isn't a diagnosis — it's a precise, data-driven starting point that lets Dr. Rose build a plan around the client's actual brain, not a generalized protocol or symptom checklist.

QEEG for Children & Young Adults

Built around their brain, too.

Many parents arrive already sensing something is affecting their child — at school, at home, in sleep, or in emotional regulation — but standard evaluations haven't given them a complete answer. A QEEG gives Dr. Rose objective neurological data mapped to that child specifically, allowing for a plan built around what's actually happening rather than what's assumed.

Both appointments include the parent and child together. Dr. Rose speaks directly with the child in language that makes sense to them, and with parents in language that gives them everything needed to make confident decisions. A written summary can be shared with a school, pediatrician, or care team — only at the family's direction.

The Process

Two appointments. One clear picture.

Calm, thorough, and collaborative — everything explained in plain language at every step. Most clients are scheduled within one to two weeks.

1

The Scan & Background Review — ~90 min

A comprehensive history and background review, followed by the QEEG scan itself. No preparation required beyond clean, dry hair and a relaxed state — every question is answered in plain language, on the spot.

2

The Reading & Recommendations — ~60 min, within 2 weeks

Dr. Rose walks through exactly what the scan shows in clear, jargon-free language, followed by a personalized plan ranked by impact and a written summary for the client's records.

Investment tiers.

Every tier uses the same clinical-grade technology and expert interpretation by Dr. Mary Rose. What differs is depth of insight, degree of personalization, and continuity over time — never the quality of care.

Tier One

Insight

A foundational brain health snapshot: two appointments with Dr. Rose, a full brain scan, and a written report with findings and personalized recommendations. The entry point for all new clients, and the right place to start for anyone seeking an objective baseline.

Tier Two

Precision

A private brain health baseline with concierge-level assessment and deeper individualized interpretation. In-home or on-location delivery available. Best for executives, elite athletes, and clients who value maximum privacy.

Tier Three

Continuum

Two comprehensive assessments per year, compared side-by-side against a personal baseline, with ongoing coordination and continuity of care. Best for individuals tracking performance, recovery, or brain health across time.

Tier Four

Premier

A full brain health partnership — comprehensive assessments, longitudinal analysis, direct access, and coordinated care. Limited availability, reserved for a small number of ongoing relationships.

A neurofeedback-only track is also available at a community access price point, and household / family pricing can be arranged for Tier Four. Current investment for each tier is shared directly during consultation — please reach out for up-to-date pricing and availability.
